“What happens after I call or email?”
From your inquiry, one of our team members will contact you. They will send you a guest information sheet that provides some basic information needed to start building your itinerary such as; which parks or locations you would like to visit, how many in your group, ages of children and what your needs are. We will also book your lunch and dinner reservations and private transportation as needed. (Transportation is an additional cost.)
“I booked your services, now what?”
As the day approaches, your coordinator will contact you to answer any last minute questions and will explain where and when to meet on your first day. This will either be in your hotel lobby, at the park or designated area agreed upon by you and your coordinator. He or she then takes your family through the attractions, ensuring a minimized wait at all times if possible and keeping on point with your itinerary. A common question is “can we skip the line with you”? The best answer is no. However, your wait times will be greatly reduced with a guide. Our average wait is about 1/3 of the normal wait time posted. This is, of course, depending on size of crowds and what time you arrived at the parks. There are attractions that do not have fast pass access so please expect a short wait time for these rides. It is crucial to get to the park at opening to make sure we have a minimized wait for these types of attractions.
If your family has booked a multi-day tour, your coordinator will again set up an additional time and place with you for the following day. Some of our guests like to split the day up when they have small children. This is just fine and you will not be charged for the time your coordinator is not with you during that “nap time”. In the case where guests are not staying on property, we simply stay in the parks and finish up in the mid to late afternoon. Even though an average tour is 6 hours, your coordinator can stay as long as needed.
“What about tickets to the parks?”
We recommend purchasing your park tickets ahead of time. You can purchase and print out your park tickets at home and bring them with you. At the turnstiles, they will trade your printout for your actual ticket. We can also purchase your tickets for you with the credit card provided when booking or we can invoice at the end of your tour if you prefer. If you’re planning on visiting multiple parks on your tour, let us know so we can help you choose the best option for your family.
***PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER DISCOUNTED TICKETS FOR ANY PARK***
